Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monthly operational report to be submitted to MSF and other government agencies
  • Ensure that the administration processes and function of the Fostering Agency are effectively and efficiently carried out to align with the direction and vision of the Fostering Agency and Children and Youth Group
  • Provide support for Foster Parents
  • To support fostering team in planning and execution of outreach events aimed at recruiting new foster parents and volunteers
  • To support in volunteer database and administrative support to events

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the social service sector
  • Good Knowledge in Microsoft software (Word and Excel)

About the job

As a social worker at Kids In Play, you will be part of a dynamic and passionate team in working with children and families impacted by parental incarceration, as we work towards breaking barriers and rebuilding ties. You will work with children aged 5-18 years, their caregivers and incarcerated parents. You are expected to maintain a caseload as assigned by senior staff members and provide individual casework, group and family work intervention action plans. You will also be involved in the various programmes run by Kids In Play.

Qualifications
