With this in mind, we’re searching for a Yard Tug Driver to join our Tullamarine PM shift team (4:30pm and finish 12:30am) on a full-time basis.

Get to know the Role: 
In order to be successful in this role you must be responsible, with a professional attitude, have a high level of motivation and organisational skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the following attributes: 
•Minimum two years recent experience within the Transport Industry;
•Current MC licence and a forklift licence
•Interstate loading and unloading experience would be advantageous;
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with people on all levels;
•Ability to follow policies, procedures and work instructions;
•Strapping experience is highly favored.

Get to know the Role: 

Border Express currently has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced and motivated People and Capability Administrator to join the team at our Tullamarine Branch.

Duties:

• Reporting to the People and Capability Business Partner – VIC, WA/SA/NT & Albury, you will take responsibility for the blue-collar recruitment process, from the approved Approval to Recruit (ATR), working with the Hiring Managers, advertising, screening candidates, organising employment checks and creation of purchase orders.
• Complete general admin tasks, data entry and reporting with a high level of accuracy and within required timeframes;
• Ensure P&C admin and payroll administrative tasks are completed accurately and within required timeframes.  This includes (and is not limited to) tasks associated with creating and maintaining employee files, HRIS management, recruitment and selection, contracts of employment, position descriptions, employee maintenance, termination and separation, performance appraisals and management, superannuation and leave requests;
• Check all paperwork and correspondence to ensure accuracy and relevance of information;

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a high functioning administrative role, with HR administration desired, but not essential;
• High attention to detail is essential;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Desire to progress into a People and Capability Advisor position within the P&C Team
