Duties of a Forklift Driver include:
- Forklift/machine operation
- Wrapping pallets
- Inwards goods
- Moving / Organising pallets around the warehouse
- Health & Safety responsibilities
- House-keeping & other general warehouse duties
- Lifting is sometimes involved.
- Container loading and devanning experience (not essential)
- Scanning capabilities
A forklift licence and experience is essential.
To be suitable, you must:
- Be eligible to work in New Zealand
- Be physically fit and reliable
- Have a positive and hardworking attitude
- Have a good command of the English language

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for your next contract?
Do you have F and OSH certification, with experience in a range of environments?
Are you confident moving even the trickiest load?

Our client is a well-known local production site that needs your skills in their team.
Full-time hours are available, on a temporary contract basis with work expected to last through until Christmas if not beyond.
To succeed in this role you need to have:
F and OSH certification
Proven experience as a skilled and safe forklift operator
A proactive approach to workplace health and safety
The ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
A collaborative, team focused style, but also be able to crack on and get the job done independently
