Candidates whose names appear in the shortlist have been successful in the Nigerian Navy Basic Training School Batch 33 Recruitment Examination held on 12 March 2022. Candidates are invited to attend an interview at the following centres:
- Nigerian Naval Secondary School Ojo (Navy Town), Lagos,
- Nigerian Naval Secondary School Borokiri Port Harcourt, River State OR
- The NDA old site, Kaduna, is named for their original state.
The candidates have to attend the interview at the designated centers as per the states of origin/batch.

The interview will be conducted concurrently across the centers from 9 to 29 April 2022. Please note that the Interview will consist of Screening/Verification of Credentials/Certificates, Medical/Physical and Written Test.

The candidates who find their name in the list have to appear for the Nigerian Navy Screening which will be in two phases;
- aptitude Test
- physical examination
Aptitude Test has been started to test the ability of the candidates. This is the second stage of the recruitment process. The candidates who qualify the exam will now move to the final stage which is the physical screening where the credentials of all the candidates will be checked one after the other. On completion of physical screening, candidates will be offered their appointment letter.
